For those people who know me, or if you read this blog, you probably know that I like to have a drink or five from time to time almost every weekend. I am young, I am single, and I like to socialize over cocktails. I have no shame. The only problem with my love for drinking is that it doesn’t exactly prove to be diet friendly.
Now, I am well aware that alcohol is not healthy. Nor should it be a regular staple in a diet. So please do not be under the assumption that I am advising alcohol as a means of living a healthy lifestyle. I am not. I have simply found a few loopholes on how to continue living like a drunken college student and still manage to lose weight.
